A Collection of Three New Build Sites
One of the new build sites in Claydon was for a local duck farmer who wanted to construct a bungalow with attic trusses that could be converted into a master bedroom, later within the farm yard.
The next project in Claydon involved building homes for two families who wanted to be close to their business, a k9 training facility. We took care of all the construction work, including joists, roofing, stairs, and kitchens in both properties.
We then moved a short distance down the road and completed four more new builds, working closely with local bricklayers. We handled all aspects of construction, including using posi-joist systems, trussed roofing, and building dormers. For one of the properties, we incorporated a traditional touch by using bespoke oak work, including oak trusses and a hand-cut roof.
