Elton Park house being a one off project for a client’s dream home has many different aspects built within the home. Our team worked from joist level all the way to the last coat of paint within the property. There were many challenges within the project. Very complex roofing structures with a split ‘top hat’ system being used above attic trusses to ensure that phase two works of the attic roof conversion is viable in the near future.
The adjacent connecting roof with a vaulted internal section and twin pitched dormers created character within the stunning new dwelling.
Within the build our team completed an onsite office space. This included butcher block work tops with floating desk and shelves. We also constructed floating fitted wardrobe shelving and sewing room shelving to match throughout the house.
All first and second fix works were completed by our team including a timeless kitchen fitted with solid granite worktops.
