Being a 15th century building there is no such thing as a straight wall. The first port of call for the team was to provide a drop ceiling for shadow lighting in the main dining area. Upon completion and ready to plaster and lighting, the next phase was the new kitchen area and kiosk décor. Our team suggested incorporating original artworks from the property to create a modern yet elegant appeal in the newly renovated space.
During the construction process, numerous rooms and openings underwent changes, particularly the attic room where a section of the ceiling was removed to make way for a new staircase, ultimately transforming it into a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite in the guest house.
The completion of the upstairs area allowed for work to begin on the ground floor flat, where a new kitchen and flooring were installed with elegant black quartz countertops seamlessly blending the old and new elements together.
